The local village of Calibishie has 2 excellent stores which can supply your many grocery needs. During the winter months, there is a farmers market in the village that is well attended.

The hurricane removed 3/4 of roof steel, 6 sheets of plywood sheathing. We replaced sheathing and added a layer
to make 1 inch thick very well screwed down! The rafters are excellent. In Canada we have self stick ice and water shield which we installed, then new steel. All in Jan. 2018.
Elec inspection required re-wiring entirely.
Kitchen cupboards were soaked so we built all new. New paint, nothing else structural was harmed.
