Safe and secure room in two bedroom, two bathroom suite on the top (fourth) floor of Willow Springs apartments, located at the crossroads of West 16th Avenue and Willow Street. Situated on the North-West corner of the building, this bright, airy home boasts hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, in-suite laundry and a patio with a view to the mountains and the city.
What is available is a furnished room with private bath.
Your room is approximately 140 square feet with two large windows . Completely furnished as in the photos, this room has a built-in double closet and easily holds the queen-size bed, desk, side table, and chest of drawers. The bath and bedroom comes complete with linens and such. The rest of the suite is fully furnished and equipped. The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances which include a two-drawer freezer-bottom fridge, glass-top stove, and super-quiet dishwasher. Includes standard water/heat/electric and wi-fi. (Please note: there is not extra storage available and no room for extra furniture, and or other extra large items that may not fit into a bedroom situation. ) There is bike storage downstairs in the car park area. Sorry no bikes upstairs.
This immaculate and quiet building has excellent neighbours, elevator access, and is conveniently close to transit, businesses, and cultural amenities. Major Streets, the Canada Line Skytrain and bus routes (including #33, #17 and buses running on Broadway), City Hall and Vancouver General Hospital are within easy walking distance. Business and cultural amenities of the Downtown core only five minutes away. Granville Island, the Seawall, and beach are a short drive or walk. Parks, major banks, grocery stores and excellent shopping are just around the corner.

Can`t Do:
- No, Scented anything (this includes perfume, candles, bath soap, and aftershave,body wash etc.). Natural oils ok, but perfumes are a problem as I am allergic. THIS IS A BIG DEAL.. Please if you wear perfume and want to continue to then this is not the place for you. There is no wiggle room with this. Just being super honest. :) If does not say unscented then it is scented. :)
