Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinating Service Technicians to client calls for repair and installation
Documents printing and scanning
Enter all client call details into the computer database Interacting efficiently with domestic and external team membersAdhere to all safety demands
Providing our clients with an extraordinary quality of service. Other connected duties as determined.
Extraordinary communication experienceAbility to multi-taskRetail or Call Center proficiency is a plus but not requiredCustomer service experience welcomed
Able to manage your day-to-day work program with restrained control
MS Office experience
This role requires unparalleled consumer service skills with both clients and caregivers. An extraordinary ability to problem solving.
