-Maintain complete client files and ensure documentation in good order.
-Participate fully as a member of the team and contribute to a positive work environment
-Provide excellent customer service at all times
-Appropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries
-Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
-Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner
-Problem solve to help customers resolve issues
-Answer any customer questions with up to date information
-Communicate any new and important information to all current clients
-Focuses on needs of the customer by responding promptly to customer needs, soliciting customer feedback to improve service, responding to requests for service and assistance and meeting commitments.
-Proactive in assessing customer needs and expectations.
-Customer Service Experience (1 Year)
-Strong and Effective Verbal Communication Skills
-Detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong analytical and listening skills required to clearly articulate information to our new and current clients
-Knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel
-Ability to work well in a team environment and confidence when put towards a leadership
Hours: Full Time (Monday- Friday), Part time (Depending on Availability)
