Simply Green is actively seeking a highly skilled energetic motivated customer service/ sales associate representative. The individual for this role must possess immensely strong communication skills in verbal and written forms. There is constant interaction with all departments of the company in order to provide the utmost level of service to our clientele. This being said, our prefect candidate must feel comfortable working in a fast paced environment independently as well as in collaboration with high level management, finance department, customer retention, installation team and administration. Problem solving skills and critical thinking are a must as there is high-pressure situations that must benefit both the corporation and the customer. This individual must also retain patience and understanding in difficult situations and be able to listen and respond to the clients needs in a way that best represents our company.
At Simply Green, we move fast and things change constantly. Many of the responsibilities of this role will be routine and well-defined while others will be ad hoc and on the fly.
Duties and responsibilities *
Provide optimal experience for potential and existing clientele *

Be proactive in response to customer complaints or concerns *
Interact with several departments within the company in order to provide exceptional knowledge to clients *

Possess patience and listening skills to fully comprehend the customers concerns and respond accordingly *
The customer care agent most progress and grow with the company to ensure knowledge is up to date and accurate
: *1 year customer service experience *Demonstrate extremely strong communication skills. *Valid drivers license is considered an asset *Must maintain composure and positivity in challenging situations *Must possess excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills *Must be able to communicate concisely with clients and associates *Must be well spoken and confident in knowledge Benefits: Benefits package and competitive wage with bonus incentives offered.
