We are a custom sign shop looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual with good people skills, to consult with customers, determine their needs and provide recommendations/estimates. Good attention to detail along with consistent follow ups is important. A background in large format digital printing and signs is an asset but full training will be provided to the right individual.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Respond to customer enquiries via phone and emails in a timely manner
o Provide recommendations and quotes and assist customers through the sales process.
o Process customers orders and complete required paper work
o Follow up on estimates and enquiries
o Work closely with production and provide necessary responses to questions.
o Contact customers and coordinate pickup/shipping
o Provide ongoing support, estimates and layouts to new and existing clients
o Knowledge and experience with signs is preferred but not essential
o Previous experience as a customer service representative.
o Good communication skills and must be able to speak/read/write English
o Basic math skills
o Good time management skills
o Be able to follow instructions
o Have working knowledge of Adobe Suite and or Corel Draw.
o Must have experience working in an office environment as a team member and individually
o Patient and can handle stressful moments in a calming, professional manner
