We are an IT and Telecommunications services provider located downtown Toronto.
Our office is less than a minute walk from St. Patrick station.
We are looking for someone to come in 2 or 3 days a week to begin with.
Hours are from 8:00am-5:00pm.
This is a contract role. Paid to an incorporation, or sole proprietor. ONLY.

You must be a quick learner. You must be able to find solutions quickly.
Some of the technologies you will be exposed to for this role:
- Windows Server (2008, 2012, SBS)
- Exchange server (2010/2012)
- Windows clients (windows 7/8/10)
- Some Apple Users
- Veeam Backup&Replication
- Wifi access-points
- Mobile phones- iphone/android/some blackberries
- Office & Outlook
- Other networking gear- routers/switches/patch panels/etc...
You will be responsible for answering support requests that come in via email or phone.
This is a very much customer service role.
We have a team of senior guys who are standing by to help with any issues you can`t get your head around.
We expect someone who is professional at all times.
Sometimes remote assistance isn`t always enough and onsite visits maybe needed.
A majority of our clients are walking distance in the downtown core.
compensation: $15/hour to start
