We are seeking Ambassadors to join our Calgary team. We are seeking customer focused, and enthusiastic individual eager to work in team working environment.
-Late afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasional, day shifts
-Averaging approximately 20 to 40 hours per week
-Working through the winter season
English level: Read, write, speak conversationally
Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Charge customers using Impark`s parking system for parking fees upon entering parking lots
-Provide customers with directions and details about special events and the surrounding areas
-Ensure positive experience for all customers and clients
-Direct traffic in parking lots to maintain steady traffic flow and maximize space
-Work effectively as a team with your manager and co-workers
-Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions (through the winter)
-Able to follow directions and further implement procedures pertaining to the position
You`ll be a great fit as a Parking Attendant if you have:
-Previous experience an asset but not required
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Knowledge of basic math
-Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
