Education :Secondary high school certificate
Languages: Punjabi, Hindi and English
Manage safety first – lead by example, operate to the highest standards and conform to all regulations.
Lead through continued and frequent interaction with Maintenance Trades staff.
Set and communicate direction to the maintenance crew.
Ensure quality of maintenance work performed.
Effectively manage the work management system to minimize interruptions to the continuous operation of the sawmill, planer mill.
Oversee machine centre performance (mechanical/electrical).
Conduct performance reviews and schedule vacation for maintenance crew.
Ensure that the Maintenance group provides prompt, efficient and quality focused service to the production department.
Experience:- 2-3 Years
