We`re looking for a full time/part time Manager Customer Service who is an experienced professional, an analytical thinker, and is well versed in customer satisfaction goals. Along with supporting our customers in a friendly and helpful manner, the Customer Service Manager will lead, coach, and develop an existing close knit customer service team and be a key contributor in the growth and overall success of the Customer Service Department.
Ensure employee scheduling is optimal to meet contact volume
Execute performance management process and support employees in their personal and professional development
Engage in the hiring, training, and development of new staff when department growth is required
Maintain consistent reporting and analysis of key department metrics
Meet or exceed department goals and objectives
Measures of Success:
Customer Satisfaction ratings as captured in surveys
Ticket resolution metrics
Abilities for customer service
Ability to organize resources and establishing priorities
Computer literate with experience in MS Office and strong MS Excel skills
Clear and effective communicator
Strong organizational and time management skills along with multi-tasking abilities
Excellent leadership ability and interpersonal skills
