Our Ocean Pacifica Queen Room is a 10 min drive to ferries (Victoria, Nanaimo, Gulf Islands), a 5 min drive to the ocean. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle shared with other guests. Patio with garden view, BBQ and gas fire pit. Easy access to public transportation - shopping is just a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk.
Book the Ocean Pacifica Queen Room AND the SeaBreeze Queen Room for private access to the full suite for up to four guests.
Space
A garden patio surrounded with tall cedar, chestnut and fir trees with eagles flying overhead most of year. Our newly renovated guest house room has a kitchen complete with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and instant oatmeal are included. Your three piece themed bathroom is shared. We love having people in our home and try to make your stay as enjoyable as we can.
Guest access
In addition to guest house room amenities, laundry and freezer storage is available. Wifi and cable television are available in your room, feel free to come upstairs and join us for a chat or movie if you wish.
Guest interaction
As much or as little as our guests would like. We enjoy roasting marshmallows around the propane fire pit with our guests, if you are inclined.
Neighborhood overview
A short walk to the Winskill park, with a small playground, a public swimming pool and fitness gym. A 2 block walk to our two supermarkets, Thrifties and Save On Foods, as well as drug store, liquor store and several fantastic local restaurants. A 2 minute drive to Diefenbaker Park, with playground and water park for the kids during Summer months.
A 5 minute drive to Centennial Beach Park and Boundary Bay. With playground, concession stand, change rooms, and sandbars for miles.
A wonderful day out for the family. A 5 minute drive to Big Splash Water Slide park. A great day of fun for the whole family.
A 5 minute drive to the new Tsawwassen Mills Mall with Bass Pro, Winners, Marshalls, Shoppers Drug Mart, and restaurants - Milestones, Montanas Grill, and Boston Pizza. Tsawwassen Commons, with Walmart, Homesense, Canadian Tire.
A 10 minute drive or cab ride to BC Ferries Tsawwassen Terminal. BC Ferries is also accessible by bus.
Getting around
Bus routes are within 3-4 a minutes walk.
Other things to note
In our home we have two children, 8 and 5 years, a friendly old English mastiff named `Presley` We can make our furry family member as visible or as invisible as you wish.
