We are looking for the agents for our call center
This role will also act as the point of contact for the client. Attention to detail and strong organizational experience are required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Printing / scanning the documents
Providing a high level of courteous and effective customer service to a range of clients.
Regularly follow business procedure instructions
Take direction from semior or site manager
Comply to all safety requirements
Having a inherent gift to effectively establish rapportOther related tasks if needed.
Able to work in Excel and should have a perfect understanding of communication via email
Able to cope with your day-to-day work timetable with restricted inspection
Ability to multi-task
A college graduate is welcomed
Ability to work in a quickly changing environment
Consumer service skills welcomed
You must be available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
