Looking for Admin assistant + support of sales. Some experience to keep things running smoothly in an established, small but growing professional Insurance + Financial Services office. A well organized multi-tasker, who can prioritize, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with both clients and industry support staff.
Detailed and accurate, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems update and data entry via Excel. Comfortable with new technology to improve efficiency. You take initiative, can work independently, but are also a team player. Flexible, part time which could expand to more full time if appropriate.
compensation: $17.00 hr to start. 12-24 hours wk TBD
