Duties:
Initiate the brands design direction by doing detailed trend research & market analysis
Interpret trends according to customers needs
Create boards
Customer Presentations
Manage a small team of assistant designers / production
Work in tandem with product development & production team to ensure deadlines, quality & customers are up to the brands standards & are above satisfactory levels
Requirements:
Previous experience designing active wear / yoga apparel a MUST
Strong knowledge on Illustrator & Photoshop
Must be creative & self starter
Must be able to travel
Work in a fast-paced environment.
